Kitchen Remodel Masters Houston is a small, veteran family-owned company at 1923 Washington Ave. The same four people handle every kitchen: Sean sells it and designs it, Samuel manages it, Jose builds the cabinets and Eduardo fabricates the countertops. Between them they have more than 60 years in remodeling, and because the cabinet shop and the stone fabrication are in-house, your project is not waiting on a subcontractor’s calendar.

That is also why our projects move faster than most in Houston. Demolition, cabinet installation, countertop templating and tile often overlap instead of running one after the other, and Samuel’s daily photo updates mean you always know what happened today and what happens tomorrow.

Sean Carmel Owner
Sean runs Kitchen Remodel Masters Houston and carries on the family business his father, Dov Carmel, started. He is the person you meet at the free consultation, and he stays involved from the 3D design through the final walkthrough. Houston born and raised, with a Washington Avenue office and a crew that has worked together for years.

Samuel Project Manager, 27 years in remodeling
Samuel has managed residential remodels for 27 years. He builds the schedule, orders materials, coordinates the trades on site and sends you the daily update with photos. If you have a question during construction, Samuel is the one who answers it. His job is simple to describe and hard to do: the kitchen finishes on the date he told you, clean, with no surprises on the invoice.

Jose Cabinet Maker and Carpenter, 20 years
Jose has built cabinets for 20 years. He measures your kitchen, builds the boxes, doors and drawers in our shop, and installs them himself so the reveals, gaps and door alignment are right. He is the reason our custom cabinets are built for Houston humidity: solid construction, sealed panels and soft-close hardware that still closes properly in August.

Eduardo Fabricator, 15 years
Eduardo has fabricated countertops for 15 years. He templates every kitchen, cuts and polishes the quartz, granite, quartzite or marble, and sets the slabs with seams placed where you will not notice them. Sink cutouts, waterfall edges, full-height slab backsplashes and outdoor-rated stone for patio kitchens all run through his hands.
