A remodel goes wrong in the gaps: between what you pictured and what got built, between the quote and the invoice, between the day the crew left and the day they came back. Our process closes those gaps. Every kitchen, bathroom and outdoor kitchen we build in Houston runs through the same six steps, with the same people, and you can see each step before it happens.
Sean comes to your home, looks at the kitchen, listens to what is not working and what you want it to do, and measures the space. You get straight answers about what is possible in your layout, what a realistic budget range looks like for the scope you describe, and how long it would take. No charge, no obligation, no pressure.
We turn the measurements into a 3D design of your new kitchen: layout, cabinet style and color, countertop material, backsplash, flooring and lighting. You see it on screen and change it until it is right. Then we pick the actual materials together, with cabinet door samples and countertop slabs in hand, not from a catalog photo. The design is free and it is yours.
You get one written proposal with the full scope, the materials by name, the price and the schedule. Nothing is ordered until you approve it. Financing through our partners is arranged at this stage if you want it. Once you sign, Jose starts building your cabinets in our shop while the rest of the materials are ordered, so the construction start date is set and does not move.
Samuel, your project manager, runs the job. Dust barriers go up before demolition, trades are scheduled to overlap where they can, and he sends you a photo update every day with what was done and what comes next. The work area is cleaned and debris hauled off every evening, so you live in a house with a project in it, not in a construction site.
When the last fixture is in, you walk the kitchen with Samuel and Sean. Every door, drawer, hinge, faucet, outlet and appliance gets tested in front of you. Anything that is not right goes on the punch list and gets fixed before we call the project done.
We take the after photos next to the before photos from day one, send you the full set, and ask you to tell us honestly how it went. Most of our new clients come from the last ones, which is the whole point of doing the first five steps well. Read what past clients said or see finished projects.
Two reasons. First, cabinets and countertops are made in-house by Jose and Eduardo, so there is no waiting for a cabinet supplier’s 8-week lead time and no fabricator scheduling the template two weeks out. Second, Samuel schedules trades to overlap: demolition, electrical rough-in, cabinet installation and countertop templating happen in days, not weeks, because the people doing them work together every week.

Most full kitchen remodels take 2 to 4 weeks of construction once materials are on site. Design and material selection before that usually takes 2 to 3 weeks, and custom cabinets are built in our own shop while the design is finalized, so there is no separate cabinet lead time.
No. Most clients give us access and go to work as normal. Samuel, your project manager, sends a photo update every day so you see the progress without being there, and he is reachable by phone or text with questions.
Yes. The consultation and the 3D design are free and come with no obligation. You see the layout, cabinet style, countertop and finishes on screen before you approve anything.
Our own crew: Jose's carpentry team for cabinets, Eduardo's team for countertops, and the tile, plumbing and electrical trades we have worked with for years, all coordinated by Samuel. We do not hand your project to a subcontractor you have never met.
Yes. Dust barriers go up on day one, work areas are swept and tools are stored at the end of each day, and debris is hauled away so the rest of your home stays usable during the project.
Yes. When a remodel involves plumbing, electrical or gas changes, or removing a wall, we pull the City of Houston permits and schedule the inspections. Cosmetic work like cabinet refinishing or countertop replacement does not need a permit.
Small changes are usually fine; Samuel will tell you the cost and schedule effect before anything is ordered. Larger changes, like moving the sink, are best decided during the design stage, which is why we go through the 3D design in detail before approval.
